Hardware Problem Accelerated Graphics

I double click to start fifa 2004 and i get a box up sayin something like acelerated graphics hardware.

Any one got any ideas. Its only just started doing it. I was playin it ok before then i closed it then went back on later and it happened. Uninstalled and reinstalled started to work quit the game wen tback on got the problem again.

Please help ME Cheers
