Awesome Quality, I always appreciate any faces related to Sky bet Champ. I've just remembered there is a problem with Hughes' hair in one of your facepacks. I was wondered if you solved it somehow. By the way I'm using the face with a generic hair.

Your faces are good and have great models, but some textures can be improved.
Try to work more on shadows and lightings. Sometimes in your faces one side looks darker then another one because of the shadow. Luke Shaw, Will Hughes and Carlos Robinson have this problem.
Also you don't match the colours, you leave original colours from the photos and sometimes textures looks too grey or orange because of the strange lighting on the photo. Try to make the colours more natural.
Your faces are great already but I hope those small suggestions will help you to make it even better.
