Graphic problems - flickering screen

Well, i have the game for some days now and i simply cant play it

i tried everything to fix it but nothing works,

when u start a game the wholescreen starts flickering and total parts of the field and players drop away into nothing, unplayble really.

i've tried EA SUpport but anything they suggest dont work


anyone got ideas

ive tried newer foreceware drivers,nforce drivers, update, resolutions, turning off background programs etc so dunno whats left to try

do u use a nvida graphic card with the driver 66.93,u must get a hold on a older driver like the 61.77!

go to www.guru3d.com and download nvidia driver 67.20 this is the best fifa 2005 driver in my opinon fixes all glitches etc.. from the game

Where?

Where did you find the 62.71 driver. I am running XP and can only get the 61.76, 61.77 and 66.93.
I am also getting the flickering screen

Have you tryed the 61.77 ? it works for me!

I turned off the V-sync as some of the other threads suggested and that was all i need to do . Thanks for the help guys

V-Sync was the problem with me. you may be best also uninstalling fafa and reinstalling it again, same with your driver.

Go into your video card options and in there you will find the option to turn your v-sync off.

Just downloaded 67.22 works great

but you still have to turn off v-sync

Use the Nvida Omega drivers there much better

i tryed tryed one of them but it seems that this (nVIDIA ForceWare Series 67.22 Driver) worked better on my computer? who know's why

i had a prob with slow menu's but it is flying now

Well i just found (nVIDIA ForceWare Series 71.20 Driver) that came out this year and it works GREAT
