Hi Federico, I have a problem. I have win 10 and the GFX Mod not work, just deleting the file dxgi.dll. what's going on? :/

I bet you that when you downloaded the new pack with the new preset, you probably just installed the preset, am I wrong?
If you downloaded the lastest release (the one I uploaded yesterday with the new preset #13) then make sure you also copy the ReShade folder again and overwrite all the files in your FIFA 16 folder. The file "SweetFX_settings.cfg" contains new values that will fix the extra sharpening issue causing that white outline around the players.

Also... check your AA settings in FIFA Settings, or your VGA AA settings. Looks like you need to need more AA.

I have Windows 10 as well and it's working perfectly fine here, obviously.
The only thing I can think of is, go to your FIFA 16 folder, delete the file dxgi.dll and the file d3d9.dll and then, on that very same folder, locate the files ReShade32.dll and ReShade64.dll and rename them to d3d9.dll and dxgi.dll respectively.

ReShade32.dll = d3d9.dll
ReShade64.dll = dxgi.dll

What is AA , and how to make more AA ? I have ATi Radeon R9 270 2GB memory graphics card ?

Yeah, copy the new SweetFX_settings.cfg from the latest update over to the ReShade folder and try it.

Do you use beta driver, for example it is realised new AMD Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta Driver, or you use only full version ?

No, no Betas here. Only official full releases.

Again, check your CCC settings, and your FIFA settings.
