Utah's got polygamy again!

A federal judge declared a portion of Utah’s polygamy ban unconstitutional late Wednesday, essentially decriminalizing polygamy in the state.

I actually see no issue with polygamy.

As far as I'm concerned - who are we to stop people if that's what they want to do?

The key is, that if you're a guy and have one wife, you both would have to agree to you getting the second husband/wife - not just one of you. But if that's agreed, I think stopping this is no better than stopping gay marriage (or any other kind of marriage).

It doesn't affect us, who are we to stop them?

Exactly. We waste money policing things that don't need policing.

Most recreational drugs are the same. They create a black market/crime out of ordinary people.
