Game Crashing After installing Stadium pack

Hey guys I downloaded a stadium pack that was the size of 128mb i think or something near that maybe 180mb or somthing but after installing it certain stadiums don't work for example in my manager mode i am playing as Real madrid and i was able to play the match at Barcelona in a pre season friendly but when i went back to Real Madrid's stadium for a home game friendly and it crashes. I've had this on a few other stadiums. I do not know what pack it is and where i got it from but i think i got it from EA's Forums.

P.S. If i download another stadium pack would it replace the ones that crash my game and make me able to play?

CM09 meaing Creation Master 09? if so i can't seem to get it because when i try to download it from sweetpatch or what ever its called it links me to Filefront which says this file can not be found at the moment or it is being updated and its never changed.
