Game crashes at 70%

Im Piacenza in Serie B and i just fisnished a game with Modena. Once the game was finished, it gave the player rankings, then the percentage of how much the board is happy with me, and then it loads back to the career menu. At 70% it crashed and sent me back to the desktop.

I have creation centre but i did not alter anything before i started my career. Modena was my fourth game of the season. What is the problem?
