Game Crash - Accompat.txt Error

There comes a moment in every gamer's life when The Best Game Ever suddenly starts to crash without warning.

At the moment, it's happening with PES5, right at the moment when I'm down to one game left at the end of the season - a relegation cliff hanger, as luck would have it. Gnash.

So I've done all the usuals - checked for viruses and spyware, reloaded the game, experimented with old options and settings files and reinstalled Radlinker.

But still it goes on.

Curiously, the game seems to crash whenever a goal is scored, or when accessing the Begin 2nd half menu - and occasionally on corners.

Having checked the error messages, I find I'm lumbered with an accompat.txt error - the same one every time. It's essentially a list of matching file names - dll files mostly.

Anyone know where to go with this one?

It's a pain in the arse.

hi... it seems that u might have saved many replays in ur folders and the size has exceeded 8 MB....try to delete or move the replays saved to different folders so that the size doesnt increase over 8 MB in any folder....

i had the same problem when the game wud crash when a goal is scored and at halftime....this has been asked before if i remeber but hope this helps...

i'm getting this same accompat.txt error. It's truly irritating. I tried deleting the saved games and it worked for a couple of games, but now its back to his mysterious file. I just installed superpatch 3 with all the nice kits and now this...grrrrrr....

someone please help
