Let me introduce you the first player's database modded after global player ratings in order to improve the general game behaviour.
Global editing is a method where you decrease/increase values such as sprint speed, freekick accuracy and stamina for ALL players, creating new parameters of excellence/average/poor performances. As a result of this (as opposed to editing single players) you can adjust the game in order to best recreate reality.
Made up example:
I consider the 1-99 scale for freekicks is way too generous, as a 90+ player will hit the nail everytime: so, freekick accuracy for all players should work on a 1-85 scale instead, leading to less FK killers. Because even the best FK takers screw up a lot of free kicks, so 85 would lower the already accesible chance of scoring. This reduction apply to every single player in the game, creating a shorter scale.
In this file you will find...
- Decreased shooting accuracy (finally)
- More efficient goalkeepers
- Decreased free kicks accuracy (but don't expect a miracle)
- No more "out of this world" sprint speed on fast players (I see matches all the time and the fastest players don't outrun rivals as much as they do in Fifa 09).
- Etc.

I strongly recommend this file to be used with Shorelooser's gameplay patch, as it was created after it.
Installation:
Place fifa.db in data/cmn folder.
Remember, DO NOT REPLACE your original fifa.db. Backup your own fifa.db first!
