No editor gelado, há um arquivo chamado var_0 e var_0_starhead_brt, que corresponde ao seu rosto e cabelo.
Em jogadores como George Best, por exemplo, existem 2 arquivos var_0 e var_1 correspondentes a duas faces diferentes.
Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de criar esse arquivo var_1 para jogadores que têm apenas um rosto?

Does anybody knows why i can`t IMPORT head model in Frosty Editor? I`ve seen on some tutorials that option IMPORT is avaliable but in my FE is not avaliable. I`m almost can make faces....almost.

You need the Alpha version of Frosty.
You are member of FIFA Infinity team (if your signature is updated)... your teams FIFA 20 patch has included new faces. So just ask them for the alpha version.

It solved itself, I don't remember what things moved it, just uninstall and install the frost manager again
