Frosty crash importing kits

Is there some kind of process to go through to make it work properly? I can load mods into the game, but I want to take some existing kits made here and plug them into Frosty myself but every time I try, Frosty crashes. Any ideas what could be wrong?

What I'm specifically trying to do is import the different parts of kits by following this post. Doesn't matter which one I try, crest, coeff, jersey, they all make Frosty crash.

DDS files. I got them from here.

Convert them to .png and try importing them.

Easiest way is to batch convert all at once with XNConvert, but you can do it idividually with the following tools aswell:
- photoshop (with the dds plugin)
- gimp (with the dds plugin)
- paint.net (with the dds plugin)
- aconvert

You're welcome. And it depends, some will work, some won't. Depends on the DDS setting files.

Thank you! This was pretty much the only thing missing to make my current FIFA18 set up up to date.
I have a Lukaku face that is far better than the one in the game made by someone here but Frosty Mod Manager says it won't work on this latest version. Anything that can be done about that?

You can request it updated or the .png, but other than that, no.

Ok, I haven't seen the person post it again. It was a while ago.

Well thank you. That seems to have worked but for some reason, ALL the ones called "normal" don't work. They crash Frosty Editor or don't import.
