apparently, CM for the PSP isnt diabolically bad, but it isnt terribly good either.

In all likelihood FM will be very good for it, probably better, but seeing as i have played neither and have only read reviews, i cant give MUCH of an opinion.

Wasn't Liam supposedly interested in acquiring FMH?

What I've read, the data in the PSP CM is a lot better than the CM6 data, but the engine is still crap. FM Handheld has the CM3 engine, the one that got me addicted, but UPDATED.

I should get a PSP and see for myself, but I have no money to spend...

I have bot CM and FM for the PSP, and both have good and bad points. CM has more options and a lot easier. FM is good, it is difficult and it does take time to build a squad, you have to be patient and buy players and the transfer system is great. The negatives of both is CM, once you have got the right formation you can not be beaten, a lot of players are too easy to get, ie clubs will be transferred between premiership clubs easily, I got Bridge once for a really small fee, things like that. You can also cheat the transfer system by offering a player to a club for x number of pounds and usually they accept it. In FM it is a lot more difficult, as you have to change your tactics a lot more, you can not sign just anybody, injuries are more frequent. That being said I miss some of the minor points of CM, ie the information about your players being called up for international duty, little things like. If you want a challenge go for FM if you want something that you have to concentrate on and try and bulid your team up(you have a limit of 36 players in your squad) then FM is for you. If you want a game that you is a lot more easier and in some ways predictable then CM is the one

From the little I've played of CM on the PSP, its crap. Plain and simple.

However the copy of FM I have for my PSP is most enjoyable and has almost kept me off PES5 :p
