How is the quality of the data on this one?
I didn't buy last years because I didn't really have the time to edit the data to a level I consider acceptable. I know football is a game of opinions but having Peter Crouch's maximum ability at 137 was a joke, as was having Frank Lampards at about 195.
Also have to say the quality of the data in leagues like Turkey left a lot to be desired.

Peter Crouch routinely scored hat tricks on me and was impossible to defend into his mid 30's. Maximum ability doesn't matter if he's amazing regardless.

It should matter though. If you have a 20 at heading but a maximum ability of 137 then you won't be as good at heading in the game as someone with a maximum ability of say 170 but only 16 for heading.
In my experience the current ability and potential (maximum) are very important.

I wasn't meaning to bitch or anything, just saying that for me, I've always had to edit the data to some effect because I haven't agreed with SI ratings for some players. And in some countries the data is rubbish.
But if we all edited the data then we'd all choose different ratings for every player I suppose.

Actually, I will edit one thing when I get the full game. That is Polga's ratings and ability. Really, he is much better than that.

seriously i don't know, but has Shifty said, even a player with low p.a. can be a a bomb in fm, that's part of the beauty of the game, really..

Man I am liking the game so far but I need a new computer because it keeps slowing down on me. Oh and Wesley is ******* amazing for me, so is Soldado.

I also don't like that they have the 2 seperate news fields ( one of which won't even tell you if you have to check ) and it's still hard as **** to sell players.

No you don't have that right. Just because it's free doesn't mean you can use it for anything it wasn't meant to be used for.
