btw, anyone know how to make it work nicely with a 1280x800 screen?

by default the whole thing looks stretched out.

I think it's an issue with the 2nd engine. It has to be in 1024 to work.
The stretched part is because your monitor chooses to do that. Maybe you can select from your monitor menu to just have it in actual res size with empty area around... (and always depending on your TFT native resolution

I play on windowed screen, to prevent it from looking streched. You can listen to music while you're playing too. :D

5 straight wins, finally, and the team's morale is going up and we are starting to play ok.

Still, last match I was winning 2-1 at HT against Leiria. Suddenly they are winning 2-3 on 70th minute. 3-3 in the 82' and 4-3 in the 90'. One of the most breathtaking matches I ever had.

so that u'll only read those important things for ur team only. i dont prefer to waste my time to read match report for other matches : aston villa 0-2 wigan and so on.

but yes i do agree that they shud put the 'unread' icon.

Felipe - Brazilian GK, looks very promising, my scout says he has loads of potential. As, Stoijkovic looks ok but not in long term, I cashed 5M on him. But by the stats, and only 19 years, it will be worth in 2/3 seasons.

Alex - Brazilian playmaker, scouts say he is the next Ronaldinho. Bought him for 2M but will only get him on January when he does 18 years.

And currently looking for a central defender. Suggestions?

Yes, you can continue your save game from the demo in the full version. I think you could do this in FM07 also.

Been able to do that since the CM3 demo back in 98 i think, quickstarts don't change.

Personally i don't see what the point would be, but meh.

yeah. But the db size of quickstart games is just... meh. I can barely "live" using medium (not going to higher db setting because I want fast simulation on me old comp)

It's not meant to work like that. In the 08 demo, is it fixed?

How is the quality of the data on this one?
I didn't buy last years because I didn't really have the time to edit the data to a level I consider acceptable. I know football is a game of opinions but having Peter Crouch's maximum ability at 137 was a joke, as was having Frank Lampards at about 195.
Also have to say the quality of the data in leagues like Turkey left a lot to be desired.
