I reckon i should be alright, the three obvious threats could be the Polish, Italian and Turkish teams judging on rank.

Judging on player values... The Turk totally sucks... the Italian has only 4 players over 300k EUR... The Polish guy has a few decent players, should be easy to beat though.

Another Argie defeat...twice as many scoring chances and they won 1-0. The only thing I can pin it to is half my top players needing to rest. :(

4-0 win for me today, cruising this group.. +16 GD in 2 games. However there are 2 other teams who have won both as well, so i've got to watch my back.

Oh 3-0 in the second, my team played fantastic football, was really nice to watch, especially my forwards faking their defenders and then passing in the middle where another forward shot a beautiful volley from 10m...I love this sim

So far...1-0 loss to some lucky argie...1-1 draw with the main team in the group, div 1 Finnish team. 1 scored, 2 against...pretty good defensive record, crap attack record :(

Got my first win of the cup today against an Argie team who had maximum points...0-3 easy win, pretty much overwhelmed them. I'm playing the top team next, ranked 400th odd, 3 wins, 25 scored, 0 conceded. :S But on the plus side I'm playing at home :)

P.S. Shark how lucky were you in our game today!? :p

Yeah, basically the reason why I'm dropping points in the league. A goalkeeper who has butterfingers and two strikers who can't hold their nerve :(

Okay, I'm coming close to the final straw again after today's result. Two sending offs for me, 5-7 SC in their favour and they won 0-3...this is bottom of the table by the way. I had a FL match before that which I won 0-6 and even though I actually scored a lot, my strikers yet again got under 50% accuracy because they kept sending one-on-one's wide. My top striker even missed an open net as early as the 28th minute. In this match I had about 3 one-on-one's, they also had 3...they scored 2 of them, I scored none. Also it is now daundered me that my keeper has saved 3 shots in my past 5 matches...opposing teams get their shots on target and score because my goalie is playing like a piece of...then when my strikers try to score they can't even test their keeper. The only thing that is keeping me alive in most matches is my midfield who are sublime at times. Also, yet again, my guys will sometimes just stand inside the box and not shoot with the ball when they're free with just the keeper to beat. I don't blame Crew, it's a good sim...but I don't even know if skill actually matters anymore...despite the fact this was supposed to be a skill based sim.

EDIT: Wait I just noticed that they are top, have scored 25 and conceded 0. They are a dutch division 3 team called Woolde HC and are ranked 482nd in the world...yet again proof of how corrupt the rankings are when I can nearly match a team in the top 500's performance with nine men...while I am ranked 5000 odd. :(
