FM13 - How to start a brand new club

Can anybody help me. Like in EA Fifa Manager, I would like to found new football club, and start from beginning, in England, example. Can it be done, and how?

PS: I already have a full version of FM13 ...

I don't think there is an in-game option. There wasn't one last year anyway. But you can create a new club in the editor and insert it into the English pyramid. There's lots of things to change and get right although the editor is pretty straightforward.
