I have done it! First time since winning the World Cup with Denmark in CM01/02 i have won a trophy with a NT. I hammered Italy 3-0 in the opening game of the tournament, and beat them 2-1 in the final. The run went like so;

3-0 over Italy.
3-1 loss to Norway.
2-0 over Portugal.
3-1 over Slovenia in the Qtrs.
2-1 over France in the Semi.
2-1 over Italy in the Final.

I always srew up when I play NT. Don't know why, mainly because it annoys me I think. When managing a club I cant be interested in managing a NT too.

True, ive always struggled managing a NT. I was managing England at one point and through the World Cup qualifiers i went 10-0-0 with a for and against of 43-1 and in the World Cup tournament i won the first game 1-0 and lost the next 2 to get knocked out.

I got warned by the English FA that they wouldnt accept anything like it again, but i resigned anyway :p

After playing all day on and off between work, kids etc. , i did this...my previews record was 15 but i never expected this.



Also heres my squad, most of the time in attacking 4-4-2, tho it depends what opposition im playing and what formation im up against.

can i be more unlucky (N) My goalie gets injured, Postma, his replacement misses a penalty. Solano, my 5th penalty taker gets red, the new 5th taker Bierofka missed. (N) If Tymoschuk wasnt injured Hitzelsperger wouldnt even have played, and wouldnt have missed. All in all very unlucky defeat.

Hitzelsperger sucks :(

the new forum layout sucks btw it seems slower too

nah it isn't even mine, i'm kicking ass with athletico madrid at the time, it struck me as really weird because i had just recently crushed madrid 3-1 at the bernabeau, and barcelona were leading the league,

i'm not complaining though

Congrats Cody... The FA cup is one of the few big cups I haven't won in CM nor FM. Maybe I should try that with Liverpool...
