fm 20 stats to fifa 14

Is there a tool or converter that puts FM 2020 attributes to FIFA 14 attributes? Because FM attributes are only to 20 and FIFA are to 99. And multiplying by 5 is not gonna cut it because you wouldn't get attribute of 83 but rather 85 or 80.
