In my case i have some glitches with animations, i haven't been able to convert them on a 100%, the perfect method that has been working is.

Convert hair and hairlod models with tool
Convert textures with tool
Import head model with CM
Took head model imported, make a simple conversion 16 to 16 disabling move/scale
Ready

But doesn't work for all of them as CM doesn't allow to import all head models, just some old, is kinda 50/50.

Where can I read on conversion? I tried your diassi method on tokke tool. Cm 16 won't convert it. Tried using facemaster as well. Not working. Am I doing something wrong?
