Question is too general. Try looking into program's documentation included in archive to get overall idea of how to use it.

Perhaps a simple tutorial would make this app more useful... a start-to-finish tutorial for replacing graphic files then rebuilding the fat file, for example... I'd like to get into using it, but the readme refers to Fifa 05 or 06, and should ideally be updated.

What is the fat limit on the full game? Is it the same of the demo?

Same - 25000.
BTW, original fifa.fat has 24633 entries.
So we can add up to 367 new files.

The best way to remove unused files is the Clean Fat function of the FileMaster 10, which were release today, there you find the function under tools.

I think cleaning the unused files is a good improvement but not the solution. Because, I've already done that for Fifa09 and I reach the FAT limit (importing Leagues, Stadiums, Faces, ...). So I think the best solution is to remove the FAT limit. I know that ain't easy...
