maybe the list has some mistakes?

i' ve done a simple test, i've added this 2 traits to a GK, so the number 1048576+2097152= 3145728 but in game the GK had only the GK long Throw, any thoughts?

Maybe, i found the connection between those numbers in compobj.txt

I'll give an example for the first 4 lines.
0,0,FIFA,FIFA,-1
1,3,CFRN,Friendly,0
2,4,S1,Friendly,1
3,5,G1, ,2

This 4 lines show the tournament/match which directly holds by FIFA theirself which is friendly match.
The first number before the "point" are the id. The second number is connected to the third. It's always 0 with FIFA which is the highest authority, 1 with continental confederation, 2 with Nation, 3 with Cxxx, 4 with Sxxx, and 5 with Gxx. Those connections are like a hierarcy.

The line with Cxx holds for the competition, line with Sxx determine the stage of those competition with Cxx line, line with Gxx determines the amount of match in each stage.

The last numbers determines the hierarchy above those particular line. In my example above, at second line the last number is 0 which means that the friendly tournament held directly under FIFA (which has id 0). Hope u understand a bit.

actually after studying the advancement .txt a little bit i found that Gxx lines is not about the amount of match, but it's the team's pool/pot or teams categorizing.

I think all tournament mode works in career mode, that's why the tournament table was taken out from the db. I have understand all the tournament txt files.
Some question arise though because i haven't tested to make a new tournament.
One essential question maybe, is it necessary to place the new added tournament in the right order of the txt files? It's bad news if that's the case because it will be a pain in the a** if someone want to try to add tournament in the european confederations, they need to change many of the ids.

PS: Are u good with excel? is there any way to change those txt files into excel table? It will be useful if noone can make a program.

Hi, my idea is to convert those txt to columns, edit, and convert it back to the txt delimited files.

Anyway, I've found a way to do it. I think i need sometime to find the way to convert the columns back to txt. If this is possible, i think we won't have any problems with the order if we want to add the new tournament ids.

Yeah, I will share my excel file with compobj and compids sheet on it (I'm planning to make the advancement, settings, and other txt files later too), but right now i've only done the compobj and compids, and i need to make an explanation on how to make the new txt files out of the tables.

Are you good in excel formulas, i need to ask some excel expert to make the tables efficient. But regardless if you want the table now, u can give me your msn.

no mate, but i already sent the file on your email. I'll still improve it but the testing is essentials. There's still other text i must convert and redesign it in excel (advancement, settings, weather, activeteams and initteams, still alot of work).

But you can make your own excel file first for romanian cup(all the tournament.txt) in tables and i will convert and integrate it to default fifa txt and sent you back for testing.

the first colums is competition id,the secondi is the pot-n# of match, the third is the team id

Where can I modify a league team structure? Trying to add different teams to an already existing tournament, replacing others. Where is the link between competitions and teams? For example, Eredivisie.

Yeah, i realized that too, now i'm making those last columns cells connected each other so it will update in my new file. But you should wait later because i want to make all txt files needed to make a complete tournament.

Crash at the added team? From what i know, if we want to add new teams, we must modify the tournament files too. Standings.txt determine the amount of teams in the league and tournament also (u can't have 24 teams in 18 place standings league). So without modifying the standings .txt, u can only replace team, not add. Not sure whether the generating future stars has anything to do with the crash.

PS: I suggest for testing the tournament, try to add the teams in CAF or OFC (last lines)so u don't need to update many of the columns. If that works then it would be a great news, and i might need help to connect the ids in those txt files (Currently i've only done compobj --1416 lines-- )
