no transfer squad will be update, because it's meaningless and unreal. Especially for career mode. Initial squad is the most realistic status in consideration of season time. Season start in August 2021 so the initial squad is correct. when all transfer complete FIFA23 will be released

Im doing that, but the national teams dont appear:

EDIT: I used squads, and there are new teams in national teams, but they are weird teams with names like "adidas 99" "fut 21" "area 51" and "toxicidad fuera"

use my squad ENT，not other squad including official squad，and need to load ENT squad in game，shut down online squad, mod is only for offline use

Teamnames and also crests are not forced to the squadfile so he should see Juventus (and real crest) anyway - if the first screen on your first post is right and you changed Juventus name/crest..
His legacy files aren't working for some reason. Might be a cache problem?
@tomasgg3110 next to the launch button in FIFA ModManager is a Arrow-Down-Icon which offers you the option "launch and delete FIFA Mod Data" try this.

Are the qualifications for the European Championship in a career at all? because there are 36 teams from UEFA this patch and I haven't had time to check it out yet :)

yeah team name should be right. Delete FIFA Mod Data and re-load mod would be the easiest way. But I noticed he didn't turn offline, maybe it is the main reason something goes wrong
