Even if it works, I think it won't export skinning (bones and weights). I think it's more reasonable to contact face creators and ask them for source files (fbx/png).

I can convert faces from fifa 21 switch to fifa 15 an fifa 16 with this tool. I think it's possible to FIFA 14
