As far as the models are concerned, the compression is different, the difference between 11 and 12 models is too big and the game doesn't read the file, so sadly, it won't read fifa13 either.

Penalty are some of the hardest balls to make, cause EA never releases a model for these balls. Maybe I'll give it a try after I finish my other projects.
