totally agree, the head proportion, his expression... texture... all looks perfect!!!!!

on Afellay, try update's head sides, eyes and his chin look too long! maybe this pic could be a good reference.

Hair I guess needs to be more yellowish .

I think it's 60% of his hair is brown and 40% yellow

Man , I think this one is not so good .

The picture you chose is not right . He looks very old and the face

dimensions are not right .
