i have a question.
how can i converter a rx3 model for the facegen modeller ?
i want use a different model for the start.

Hi, I'm new in SG and I used it for creating Juan Mata from Chelsea face with PhotoFit but i had to change several thing for making him look alike but i only found an old mata face, Can somebody send me please a recent texture of him? I will upload my faces if you like them.

1 - You have to copy the importCff and exportcff to the scripts folder of 3ds.
2 - open 3ds and select the "customize" option -> customize user interface;
Then on the new window choose the menu tab then on the right column click on the "+" sign next to MAXscript to collapse the respective submenu;

3 - on the "action" pane (on the left) select importCFF ascii file and drag it to right pane below the "run script" line on the Maxscript submenu.
Do the same with exportCFF ascii file and click save.

When you select Maxscript in the bar you'll have the import and export CFF options in that menu.

as far as the customizer, I believe you'd need to convert a CFF made from your Rx3 model and export it as an Obj file, then add it to the customizer;

I suppose the next step is to rotate and orient your object file so that it matchs the position of the model our good friend du_oro10 shared with us.

Now I have adjusted the Photofit option and results are not but amazing!!!!
I'll show you the faces generated in 90% authomatic with Face Gen and 10% texture adjusting with Photoshop (Hairs are not 3D Models).

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm pretty sure this will never happen. These faces will never be able to be imported to FIFA. I would love it to be possible, but it's unlikely.

The faces can be imported for the moment correctly only to Fifa 11, because the head model you see there as a basis is an actual fifa 11 head model adjusted to facegen, bro

am use facegen 3.1 but cannot work photofit .

you can show face texture photo fit?

OK, so... I'm still right. It's not happening in FIFA 12. Unfortunately...

It can be done indeed, I have some of this faces in FIFA12, but with dissplacement, but Im sure that with this information, Rinaldo will take a look in getting properly importing in FIFA12, its a matter of a little time

those faces would work in fifa 12 the same way as any other fifa 11 imported face, offset relatively to the body. I guess somewhere down the line during the convertion in CM, the neck seam vertexes position is misinterpreted... Or maybe the players body position is totally different between the two games... only the masters can tell for sure :)

Textures are automaticaly created with 1024 x 1024 px size. Photoshop Adds details as tatoos, precise skin tone etc.
