3D Model Problem

I have a problem with the 3D Model! My 3D Studio MAX 9 can't open the max.file! I get this error:

Unknown class, no stand-in: SuperID=0xB60, ClassID=(0x5BF94F11,0x68C22D6F)

And after that an error about Missing DIIs. It's missing a ProSound.dlc, Welder.dlm, mentalray.dlz and StorageAndFilter.bms

Does anyone know what the problem is?

... and... when I get the model to work, how do I change the texture and the bump? ...

I HATE that stupid 3ds max, it's too complicated.
The kits look like sh*t and I can't use it as easy as I used Oedit.

Isn't there a way to make an O file, even from only one player?!
'cus it pisses my off.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing I'm looking for... The 3Ds Max models are fantastic!

... but I would also like a more simple model... like the FIFA10 OEdit one... standing in upright position with the arms perpendicular to the body... with both long and short sleeves and with the different collars. This would be fantastic!!

that would require exporting the models directly from the game files, which is something that wasn't possible until yesterday. And the tools are in beta and not released to us yet. what i wanted to do was to give kitmakers the "tools" i've been using until we had a better way to preview them. I'll be updating my file with the new collars and with "special" textures previewing.

As I said your models are great(!!) and definately the best tool for us kitmakers!
I'm hoping the new and unreleased tools will make it possible to make the models I'm requesting
