fifa10.exe has stopped working

everytime I try to load a match in FIFA 10 this error message comes up,
fifa10.exe has stopped working, any idea on how I can fix this problem as it has happend both times I have installed FIFA10?

the same happened to me after installing new faces, adboard, stadiums etc.
I've solved the problem copyng the zdatas 44,45,46,47 to a backup folder.

It was a downloadable version so what do I do, just give me a quick tutorial maybe 2 or 3 lines

If you rebuild fat and add patch much. You can goto CM10 and chose clean fat. I sometime meet this error and I use this.

first u need 2 identify wen ur fifa stopped workin.is it after u installed a patch or from d very beginning b4 u installed ne patches?if its d 1st 1 den simply replacin d zdata file wr u installed d patch wid d original 4m ur disc or iso shud solve d problm.dnt 4get 2 regenerate d fat.if its d 2nd case den im afraid thrs nothin mch u can do as thrs sumthin wrong wid ur dwdlabl version..if u can tell me since wen ur fifa stopped working maybe i can help

this is not a solution but since i am applying mod tools from internet. i had started to download fifa things from FIFA 2005 till now (FIFA 2010). My FIFA 10 was installed in drice C and D and both are playable. The C one is full of downloaded patches, from gameplay to turf. The D one is still original, i called it virgin fifa 10 cause it never been patched by anything. if the C is went wrong, i just copy and paste the virgin version from drive D

Would anyone be able to send me the zdata files from 28 to 50?

If you can please send them to filefront so I can try and get fifa running again. I installed a patch and it changed the zdata files, I then unistalled the game coz the error message came up, reinstalled and still have the same prob any help please?

I have the same error but it is worse. I can not even get the game open. When I double click the .exe, it doesnt work..
