First of all not all cooa america 2019 team kits have been release
Second look for the all in one 3.6 them install all updates up to 3.9 in a CLEAN FIFA VERSION

What errors are generated when used with patches in the HBZ? Is there a problem with both the club team and the national team wanting to play career mode in the latest state?

I´ve been able to make fifa 19 kits compatibles with fifa 16 format (fixed sleeve problem)
fixed Uruguay and Egypt kits

-credit to the kitmaker and to me if you´re going to use them in another mod
