@jschuck: I've tried to add a new tournament (using CM14) to the mod but as soon as i add something, i cannot enter the ingame tournament menu anymore (it does not crash, but stay indefinitely with "Entering tournament". Objects are still moving background so this is not a crash).
I've tried to reset my install several times but it didn't worked. Also tried new profiles each time and 64players / 32players db (offline version as online does not load for me )

If i put each teams in separate categories (CAF, UEFA, etc.) and do not modifiy the tournaments, it also stuck...

I have a few questions:
- Did you used something special to make a tournament ? I guess you've made it manually.
- Why did you used a placeholder league to make the world cup tournament working ?

I'm still trying to edit tournaments. If i just open then save the mod (without modification) with CM14, it freeze when i entering tournament mode ingame. Can you help me please ?

If you save my current compdata (tournament) tables with CM they will become corrupt (This is the reason for the CM Fix exe included in the Offline patch). I rewrote the default EA compdata just to fit in all the data needed to do this patch so there is no way for you to add tournaments.

It's easy, you can download latest tool:
FIFA 14 WORLD CUP BRAZIL HG - DB - AI GP MANAGEMENT TOOL
Install in the correct folder (fifa 14 main folder, not in Game folder), open tool with admin rights, click "MANAGE - GP EVO HG-DB- AI" button on first tool window, you can see this tool window:

Click favorited gameplay, in your case click:
ENABLE GP EVO WC AI 4.0 - ONLY
regeneration isn't required for ai only.
Start game and enjoy!
If you want to try out HG:
click in: ENABLE HYBRID GAMEPLAY - ONLY
fm14 start automatically, regenerate game files, enjoy!

Is anyone else having their network speeds totally screwed up after installing the Text-to-Speech?

I know the two shouldn't be related, but I just formatted my machine because it had gotten so bad. Everything worked fine until I reinstalled FIWC. My connection went from using 50Mbps down to the 2Mbps it had been before I formatted/reinstalled.

I uninstalled Text-to-Speech, rebooted, and my speeds went back to normal.

No reason to be sorry, its actually a good question but trying to get my tournament tables to work with CM is impossible unless Rinaldo programmed CM to use them.

Yes copy the files in screenassets to the appropriate folder. I'm not sure if the IDs used are the same in regular fifa, check it if it's not the same, rename the files to thei correct I.D.

I just inserted this mod, and as soon as I put it, I've got a weird bug: players are "shaking" and very buggy whenever they are waiting for the ball and I do not touch any control/button. Does anyone else have this problem? How can I fix it? Is it normal?

Yes,that's very big problem with that gameplay...just wait for some fix or disable and play with default gameplay
This gameplay have some good updates but have many problems so fix is needed
- Players have problem when waiting ball and first touch is very bad
- Low quality NT like Andorra,San Marino and rest still get a ball much loner then user
- Better NT like Brazil,Spain and rest don't know what to do with ball,they wan't to attack...
