My fifa12 always ran perfectly, but this week it suddenly started to run slowly.

Nvidia Geforce GTS 250
4 Gb RAM

Your PC specs have nothing to do with it obviously, you need to list the programs you installed recently. Could be you stuck something on your PC that's interfering with other programs. Past that, you could try Fidel's optimizer mod. I also use his crowd disable mod which also helps the game's performance.
