Weird, I will look again for possible errors.
I've already had this issue on FIFA 19
Each player has their own skin color
I suggest converting the skin into Fifa20 Switch She is like FIFA14 The tattoo will appear without problem.

Yes, but I already fixed the issue. On my FIFA Street the tattoos work without issue, I think the issue is the .rx3 file.

I don't really know what the issue exactly is, so instead I send you a FIFA Street .rx3 file with a (very bad) Messi tattoo as the "template", use this .rx3 and import your tattoo textures in this one and save it for the player who'se tattoos you have imported.

Just so you know, I can see that you used regular FIFA style tattoos, these will not work with FIFA Street, because FIFA Street skintexture files are different.

The reason for this is because in default FIFA players will always wear atleast a shirt with sleeves, therefore the upper arm and shoulders are not included in the body model/skintextures (they will never be visible). However, because in FIFA Street players can also wear tanktops, these are included and therefore the layout for tattoos is completely different. Which makes it very hard to make tattoos (also because the skintextures by EA are a mess).

Unless we find images like this, it will be very difficult to replicate the tattoos. Conventionals only cover the forearm for the reasons you explained, they would only look good using traditional kits or that do not show the shoulders.

Edit: Its not working, skin is still black
If I remember correctly the first experiments I did with tattoos, I discovered that you cannot exchange rx3 with skins different from the one assigned to the player in the database, for example messi uses skin 3 if you take the rx3 from skin 4 and rename it as 3 all skin will turn black, take the rx3 fifa street from your player's skin and extract the png with fifa file explorer and put your tattoo and then re-import.

This could indeed be the case. I will create a fix for this in the player.lua, so that it won't matter what kind of .rx3 you are using.

Tattoo error is fixed. Now it does not matter what .rx3 you use, it will work (even FIFA 14 .rx3 ones):

However, remember that FIFA 14 style tattoos won't work and need to be redone to FIFA Street format. Here a little explanation:

This is ofcourse not completely perfect, but after a few tests this is what I found out.

---------------------------------

Here I leave you all default FIFA Street skins, so that you can find the appropriate skincolour to use for your player (if you like to design/redesign tattoos):

This is true, since most of the times we do not see the tattoos "hidden" under the shirts, it is almost impossible to make them look good.

Otherwise, you will have players with armtattoos that stop midway and it will look very weird.

So incase we want tattoos we must focus on players of which we can see the full tattoo. For example, I tried to do it for Messi:

This was my very first try for a tattoo to test it in the game and to be honest, despite it being a very ugly/bad texture (and nowhere near perfect), it did not look so bad in the game. Again, this was only a test.

For the ones who are interested in creating good looking tattoos for FIFA Street:

After exploring the 2014 FIFA World Cup game, I found out that the male 3D Crowd in that game (the ones you see in cutscenes) use the exact same body format as FIFA Street players, since these fans also wear "clothes", like we see in FIFA Street.

Since we have FIFA 14 3D Importer Exporter for Blender, we can open these files without issues (unlike the FIFA Street files). Thanks to this we can now edit the tattoo textures perfectly, with a 3D preview, without having to guess.

Download 3D Model:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This also means that we should be able to use the "clothes" from the fans of the World Cup game in FIFA Street as well, here as a fun example Messi in an Arab robe:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since there are also 3D Female crowds, I also found 2 female body files; a "small/tight" body and a "big/curved" body:

This should/could mean that we are able to add female players in FIFA Street as well, since we also have female clothes in the World Cup game to go with it, like this for example (Barcelona trainingskit (by me) and cropped jeans shorts):

I will try some tests to see whether this is possible.

this can be very useful friend I had problems trying to add a virgin to my version of Lautaro Martínez, but the whole image is too pixelated when reducing its size, maybe frmike can do a better job than me to finish it, I will leave the files if someone interested, https://mega.nz/file/qEcnkaLY#FlI5nARO0DqRBNVU22vrKc5LwuYyosnJQvmUYMoPecA110087554.jpg
