Stadium from Sheriff Tiraspol (new) has not been made for fifa series, it is probably available for pes.
By the way, about pes, I think there's only a few missing England stadiums, rest from Scotland, Portugal, Denmark and the last from Norway and France lower available for fifa 16 to convert. Some rest of europe too, would be nice to get the 4 Hungarian stadiums from fifa 16 ravenfcb converted to fifa 14 as well as Nordic ones (Norway and Denmark).

For now I can't test them ingame but I have a couple questions/suggestions:
1. Are you using the tournament dressing feature in your stadiums? I think it's one of the most game changing features in stadiums: depending on a dressing file assinged to team/tournament you can have UCL dressing when you take your Brentford to UCL in Career Mode r custom dressing for FC Khimki and Russian NT when playing at Arena Khimki.
If not yet, would be awesome to introduce this great feature.
2. In some screenshots I don't see team banners - is it because of the lack of the banners rx3 or there are no banner groups included with the stadium?
Would be great to have banners activated for every new stadium.
