It seems pretty realistic this year looking at the videos, but every year it seems better and more 'real', but you can never be sure until you've played it and read the previews from those that aren't biased.

It LOOKS like this might be a fantastic game, but you can't be sure at all, THIS IS FIFA WE'RE TALKING ABOUT! lol, it now has a reputation of selling itself as a licensed product, rather than a game to play and enjoy, it's ridiculous. FIFA 2004 started to bend towards gameplay and I think EA really will concentrate on gameplay this year, but at the end of the day, it's ALL hype and we can only hope that FIFA 2005 lives up to it.

If it doesn't, then screw it basically, you don't have to buy it and help EA make more unrealistic football games...

NK.

i saw some of the videos; thought i cant make a real opinion until i play de demo; but with what i saw the game looks alot like fifa 2004' especially the graphics; the player models i still look weird an stiff; not much on the gameplay either i lost my hopes on that since fifa 2003; thought i still have to see a real match video of the game; iam just wishing on a miracle with ea; then again theirs always WE8; muhahaha:crazyboy:

i thought they said the commentary was all recorded from scratch for fifa 2005. The first touch thing looks great.

No it doesn't. You click on the windows player one and then when the window pops up you press the link and you can download it. If it asks for a password it does not require money. Just give them your email adress and create a free account. No money required:)

Year after year I watch FIFA fanboys get their hopes up to all the new nifty little marketing features EA invent year after year, that's all they are: marketing features.

Wake up people.

EA showed me images, videos, KONAMI nothing... they don't even know how to program for a PC... WE 8 will not have online so PES 4 shouldn't have also... :crazyboy:

Well its true vidoeos are videos, but once an ingame video is released then we could see how it will somewhat work and see what diffrences are there from '04 but of course playing is a diffrent story, I for one liked '04 because of the fact that the ball wasnt always "stuck" to your foot and it was deff better than '03, gameplay wise was great, like I said I for one enjoyed it but yes it could always be better, To me keep the graphics the same (which it looks like it will be) and work on the animations, get them up to par with the controls so that you dont have that delay time which to me is really hurting the fifa series, Better AI, better goalies (animations etc...) And just plain old gameplay, more moves and configure the controls better.... other than that, work on the creation center (players, doubt you could edit real players seeing how they are licensed, but hey you never know) and yes deff work on career mode, just like Madden, owner mode (gain money from tickets, merchandise etc.. and watse it on contracts, coaches, maintanence on the stadium etc...) Deff work on all areas accept the graphics lol, plain and simple...
