I don't care how good fifa 2004 on xbox is I won't buy it!!
Fifa are such morons.If you have Fifa 2003 for Xbox then you know what I'm talking about.No creation Center ,you can't save replays and are so limited to tactics.When I put it my XBOX i was so happy there was an option for Simulation or Arcade.Then I played it at my friends house and chose arcade.Nothing changed ecept for the Camera.There were still those dumb players walking away with the ball.Those stupid Free kicks from 60 Meters when all you press is B several times and he scorces those dumb goalies who stay on the ground like they got shot , the players attaching themselves and losing control of your player etc.ect.ect.... too many things to mention.My point is that EA only cares for the money they release a game that doesn't even count as a game.So many flaws and Features Missing.If you plan to do a half-assed job don't release it at all.I wasted 50 bucks just cuz I thought the game would be better with the Xbox controller and just being on a console would be better.There is no way on earth that I'm buying FIFA 2004 for Xbox maybe I'll buy it for computer but don't count on it.BTW if Microsoft put a custom soundtrack feature why don't you use it and those things are they even called crosses.

You have to remeber that PS2 and EA are lovers. Yea Xbox has enough Hardware to blow the Ps2 version of the water with its better Online plan, avility of a real creation Centre like the pc version and downloadable content. If this would happen the PS 2 version that has no way to counter this except for an unrelease hard drive that hasnt come out and that not everyone will have will look like a piss poor version.

EA and Ps2 will never let that happen so the XBox version has to be held down for now or until Microsoft comes out with its own Football game.

What is this Arcade or simulation feature you are talking about?

Yup microsoft are releasing a soccer game.There is this feature when you pop in the game the first time that asks if you want Arcade or Simulation.And it tells you simulation is realistic and arcade is a fast paced game with better tricks etc.But when I tried both of them there was no difference ecxept for the camera view.I was so happy the first time I saw it i thought" Finally EA are doing this right" but then after finding out of the differences I though to myself "Lousy :f***: trying to make you feel like the game is better"

Well, considering how horrible FIFA 2003 was and how "great" it was supposed to be, i do not blame people for doing what the above quote says.

Ya know, I bought an XBox because the graphics on it are great (anyone ever played Splinter Cell?), so I figured that the Fifa games would be amazing on this system. Not to mention the hard drive and custom soundtrack feature, as well as XBOX live; I thought this would be the system to go with. Only now I realize that PS2 is EA's bitch, so assholes like me who didn't do their research are left without a creation center, Portuguese commentary, and downloadable content. Who knew? :( Bastards!

Maybe I'll just get a friggen graphics card and use my computer. LoL.

PS Fifa 2003 for the the XBOX sucked, I agree; there was no difference between simulation and arcade mode except the camera.

I just saw College Football 2004 for Ps2 and Xbox, and it looks alot different. Whenever they show a panaromic view of the stands the game would skip frames. While the xbox was way smoother. The Ps2 grass did look a tad better. Also the kits were much more detail on the xbox version will the on Ps2 it looked like the uniform was part of the players body.

it was decent, but for the amount of money i have to spend it should be at least good or great. it looked good but the gameplay left a bit to be desired especially when comparing it to a well-known competitor. i really do hope fifa 2004 comes good cause i've been getting fifa games since 96.
