But there is. It is I who am a football fanatic of the past and I am going to look for the forgotten champion of almost a hundred years ago. Portugal is there to be recent. Euro 2004 finalist, Euro 2016 champion. With Cristiano Ronaldo he had his golden period. Anyway It's a fascinating project ... You could try to expand it a little at a time and recreate a 16-team European, a reduced-size Copa America, ditto for the African Cup with maybe 8 teams ... All tempting ideas .. Years ago I was thinking of a 64-team world championship. But the problem is who do I do outside the squad? So I canceled everything.
