This is Xbox 360 Fifa 14 commentary dlc for legends converted for Fifa 14 PC version.
This is conversion by fifayoun.
In Fifa 14 work perfect. This DLC added commentaryname for example players: Lineker, Gullit, de Boer, Rijkaard, Futre, Seaman, and some others.

Someone has knowledge how we can convert this for Fifa 11?

considering PC commentary is probably the same minus legends, this should be standard for modders
