FIFA Manager 07 invalid code on back of game manual?

i just bought FIFA Manager 07 brand new but it wont let me install it because it keeps saying i've entered an invalid cade when it asks me to enter the code on the back of the game manual. i've tried it numerous times to make sure i typed it right but it still says its invalid. anyone know what the problem might be?
