That's not the solution guys.
I can't believe we still have this discussion, I have received tons of rude messages telling me that I'm a rip-off when I give you more than 3500 that I tested myself. IT'S NOT MY FAULT YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THEM PROPERLY, I CAN SHOW PROOF ALL OF THEM WORK.
1. We've gone through this a lot of times. You need to install all the folders that I packed (including simplecloth).
2. If you have the faces set to generic in the game DB, the game will crash. Then, the easiest way to turn the faces to 'specific' is by using Scouser's tool (Setfacetype).
I don't have the time to make a tutorial, the instructions are in the tool.
I wonder why Modric's face is working like a charm in my game then. Any explanation? Follow the steps and stop asking others to do things and think for you.

Yeah man really.
Interesting thing: before FIP I had my own moddingway database with which your great Facepack worked perfectly.
Then I dl FIP and dl clear fifa 16 and the game began to crash after instalation. With the same facepack! Amazing. I have no idea why it's working on another version of the game.
And with after many many times of copy/paste i found that the problem is Modric

Sorry I would like help. I created a 3 Italian League. Everything works only when I want to change the soccer player's mesh number in my career, some players are undefined. The problem that when I want to play the game in the career the game stops. If I want to continue playing the career I have to simulate the game after that the game does not freeze only if I want to change the player's mesh number hangs the game. Qusto only happens with the teams I created. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Ho provato con altre squadre da me create nel 3 ° campionato italiano e ho lo stesso errore. D'altra parte, se faccio carriera con altre squadre create dalla Patch Fifa Infinity Patch 16 V4.0 Patch non ho questo errore.
Il problema è solo se voglio fare carriera, in Creation Master e se voglio avere una squadra amichevole, le squadre da me create nel 3 ° campionato italiano non hanno errori. Anche se apro il DB con DB Master non ci sono errori per quanto penso, quindi ho chiesto aiuto se qualcuno avesse lo stesso problema.

No,the undefined players are replacing some team players but this happens only when I want to change the mesh number to a career.

@scouser09 FIP v4 comes with many career modes files (inside the dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data folder) where FIP v3 had very few.
Could you tell us more about those files? Is it the result of the patch team work? Is it from an already available career mode patch (ie chris2k13 or others)?
There is almost nothing about it in the description or in the credits.
