I think you need to reinstall FIFA 16 if no db works with career mode.

Career mode is working fine, please don't ask my about kits or something you can download them from the forum here. Yes it’s that easy, but like I said. Copy your own files first. Assign your own player faces. And always back up your own files.
Its even possible for you guys to delete the Dutch Third Division in CM 16 if you don’t like it.

Could be modified some fifa 16 settings file in order to remove the away goal rule ? And to set rule like nowadays example in two matches finished one with 0-0 and other 1-1 played in two legs to be extra time and penalty kicks? Thank s
Its already done in the latest patch version. At least in Uefa Version.
