So, as I see it we have 6 leagues missing: Italy Serie B, Greece Superleague, Czech Republic first league, Russian Premier League, Chile Primera Division and Colombia Categoria Primera. And of course the national teams.

Do you think you managed to do everything correctly? You're wrong. Go to the tab with players and select the filter by "Multi Club" See how you have assigned players. Some players perform in two clubs. You made a mistake by uploading cmp files. When uploading cmp, you should choose the option that the player who is in the game stays in the current club, and by default in CM the option is selected to appear in the club from the database and in the one uploaded in the form of cmp. When you get scared how many such players there is, filter them by selecting the "Same Name" option. Then you will see how many players you have doubled. Those without the original ID should be removed, but remember that players with the same name do not have to be the same. You need to pay attention to the date of birth. If they differ, leave the two players in the game. It's hard to read all of this, but unfortunately it's the harsh truth. If the database and the FIP patch in the new version are to be fully playable, these errors should be eliminated.

Still working on it, I deleted the players with same names but struggle to delete the players who are now in two different (their old and their new) teams. I made some progress by deleting the double data in the teamplayerlinks. The players were then single again, but unfortunatly in their old team. If I could just find a way to delete just the players in the old teams this way. It would go faster... Any ideas. Everything else is working beautifully as far as I can see

Yes, I didn't use the right option while importing them. I don't have the cmp-files anymore. As I see it, it is always the second club that a player is assigned to (as viewed in creation master). So the first club is always the old one and must be deleted. For example Kagawa: PAOK and Sint Truiden = PAOK wrong. Sint Truiden right. The right one is always the second.
