I believe I've got it working now but only after 3 to 4 clean install attempts. I had times where the teams ratings was also very low, we're talking Championship clubs being half star rating and Liverpool being only 3. So with the installs, I probably was messing something up for the most part.
Anyway, providing it is a complete new install and all you've done so far is move everything from the Install folders to the FIFA 16 folder, trying opening "FIP16 Version Manager" and selecting V3.2 (I installed V3.2 + N. Irish League) and click Apply.
If this didn't work, try regenerating the bh files (I use i68 Controller).

I would like to know what is the difference between i68 controller regenerator vs creation master regenerator can someone answer that?
Edit: also CG file explorers regenerator.
No idea mate, they should all do the same. I used CM16 at first, but i68 Controller performed the task quicker. Did you manage to fix your game?

many thanks for this great patch. i just had a query re installation instructions. they say "place all files from "manual install (required files)" folder into fifa 16 folder"—but there is no folder with that name, only "manual install". am i supposed to know which files are "required files"? because i don't!
further, it says "add files from "manual install (DB + compdata)". again, i don't have a file / folder with that name.
please could somebody please clarify exactly which files need to be placed into the fifa 16 folder, and how you add files from the 'db + compdata'?

The only thing I did was move everything from the Manual Install folder to FIFA16 folder. Moved V3 first, then 3.1 and finally 3.2. Overwriting files when asked. Then regenerated bh files and used version manager exe to install version I wanted.

I would recommend buying it from g2a.com or somewhere else at a cheap price rather than getting a cracked version, as there are some good mods that don't work on the cracked versions

another query: when making DB edits, should i edit the DB file in the fifa>data folder? or should i edit the DB file in the corresponding 'fip' folder. each fip version (e.g. v1, v2) has its own DB file...
The game will read from \FIFA 16\data\db, I just did a test and by installing a different version, it created the fifa_ng_db.db file inside \FIFA 16\data\db.
If you edit the files under each version, I imagine that would permanently alter the db associated with that patch.

Guys do we have a chance to fix youth academy player names? Most of the countries, except England, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, France and Turkey, have mixed and wrong names. When you scout Spain, you get Didier Dibembe Takano for instance. Or you get chinese and greek mixed names from a different country. I want to fix it to have a more realistic academy careers. Please help!

i have the same issue. It may come from the FIP 16 Patch. I am sure you use them, I guess I know you from Evo WEB.
