I downloaded from Origin.
Version: 1.7.0.0
Update: 14.7.1621917

I don't understand. Do you mean the crowd in stadiums? If so do this:
FIFA 14\Game\data\fifarna\lua\assignments\general.lua
Scroll down to the section that has this: setTournamentCrowdSize(XXXX,A,B)
Find the league you want to change and increase or decrease the A & B values.
A = Home team
B = Away team
0 = 0%
1 = 25%
2 = 50%
3 = 75%
4 = 100%

Turkish language is not available for FIFA 14.
To make it work in this mod you need to do this:
Decide which mod you want to use. For this example, I will choose 'FIP14 v2.20 - Turkey Super Lig' but it can be any of the db you want to use.
All database files can be found here: FIFA 14\Game\fip\version\

1. Locate this file: FIFA 14\Game\fip\version\FIP14 v2.20 - Turkey Super Lig\data\loc\eng_us.db
2. Make a copy
3. Delete the original
4. Locate this file: FIFA 14\Game\fip\version\FIP14 v2.20 - Turkey Super Lig\data\loc\eng_us-meta.xml
   
5. Make a copy
   
6. Delete the original
7. In the same folder locate the file 'tur_tr.db' rename as 'eng_us.db'
8. In the same folder locate the file 'tur_tr-meta.xml' as 'eng_us-meta.xml'
9. Open FIP Version Manager
10. Select 'FIP14 v2.20 - Turkey Super Lig' and click 'Apply'
11. Regenerate

You will have to do this for every database you wish to play

I need more information. Which team? Who were you playing against? Did it crash when trying to select a particular kit?

Too many to list off the top of my head. Mostly European and the MLS

The crash is not systematic . I play with psg on career mode . It happens fist time against Bordeaux , away game. I restart the game and it going well. But 3 games later against Toulouse it happens again. I don't think it is specific with this two team. Because this crash happens more frequently when I used the 2.02 and 2.10 versions, less with the 2.20.

Hmmm ok. I will have a look through the graphic files of the teams and see if anything would cause it. It could be a substituted player causing the crash or even a new signing. I'll see what I can do.

It will be good if you describe when exactly the game crashes. It could be a stadium issue (previews, glares, crowd...). If it's crashing after kit selection, it's possible that one of the previews could be corrupted and after first crash, the game can load another time of day and you can pass further to the match. And you get the feeling that it is something random. If it's crashing on the training arena right before the match it could be crowd or glares. First it is good that you test those three possibilities by temporarilly removing previews, crowd and glares one by one, not everything at once.

Scoreboards... Good news and bad
The good news is that the software works brilliantly. You can add as many scoreboards as you like and assign up to 10 hotkeys. The hotkeys enable quick switching in-game which is great for competitions that share the same overlay ID. It also gives enough hotkey slots for a complete season in any league in Career mode. Premier League Example:

1 - Friendlies
2 - Community Shield
3 - Premier League
4 - Carabao Cup
5 - FA Cup
6 - UEFA Super Cup
7 - UEFA Champions League
8 - FIFA Club World Cup
9 - UEFA Euro Qualifiers
0 - UEFA Euro 2020

The bad news is that a lot of the scoreboards & Popups seem to have been created using offsets on a 4:3 aspect ratio. They still look pretty good, but almost all of them are not positioned correctly at 16:9. I don't know what I am going to do about this at the moment as I've not made scoreboards or pop-ups myself before.

The crash happen just on kits selection not before not after few minutes ago I'd go to play against Marseille and it crash again twice

I am surprised you are having this issue. My main tests for v2.20 release was with PSG in Career mode. Didn't experience any crashes at all. Have you signed any new players?

Could you take a look at "Italy -> Serie B -> ChievoVerona -> player number 5" and see if in your game it is appearing normally? to me doesn't appear his name only his number "5"

The gameplay mode is fine. Stop talking nonsense, guys. I'm playing with it and it's hard and the game speed is ok. Beta990 gameplay mode doesn't contain cl.ini. You must have messed up your game files. Beta900 gameplay has rna.ini file. If you installed it and want to remove it, just delete the rna.ini form your game folder and regenerate.

Is this relating to v2.02 database? I'll probably go back and retrospectively fix that db and add the stadiums to it then. It should be assigned correctly in other db

I did my UCL test run with the big all-in-one Goggle drive release. Must be v.2.0. Will test the new DB soon, but yeah would be nice to have Ataturk as the final venue in the DB with start of the season squads as well.

Yes, sure why not. I'd much prefer to have lots of different banners over generic ones.

Scoreboards... Good news and bad

This looks awesome. Always thought it would be cool to have a tool for quick scoreboard selection ingame.

Also Classic Patch comes to mind. Would be great to play a couple Russia 2018 games with its authentic scoreboard, then go Brazil 2014, then South Africa 2010, etc all with appropriate graphics.

But you are also correct, there's something wrong with the positioning of some of the scoreboards/popups released, they look off-center in 16:9.
Like here I was testing the UCL one we have, and the graphics are going left and right randomly. Would be great if we could adjust them to 16:9.

Similarly, the WC2018 graphics we have also aren't fully complete, it seems.

How can you change kit details like collars and so on? I used to do it in Creation Master 14/15 but now that we are pleased not to save there I can't use that option. I remember I was able to do it in the lua team.txt files of the specific teams, but I can only find the league assignments over there and not the kit specifications. Are they saved somewhere else?

Otherwise: This mod is just fabulous. Works like a charm and one is still able to modifiy things themselves. THANK YOU MASTER HARRY/Damian!!!
