the Download option does is not working for me, anyone else has had any issues? It won't let me download either the Mod Manager nor the Editor. Thanks in advance!

Dear forum users. Can anyone share the file with the Russian League mod, namely the file (.fifaproject). I'm just making a mod for myself and I need to redo the commands for myself. Or maybe there is an opportunity to suggest the following. I converted the Polish league to the Russian one, but for some reason the champion in my career does not qualify for the Champions League, and the cup winner and silver and bronze medalists do not qualify for the European cups, tell me how to set this up, in what table?
