Hi Mate @tokke001 I test FIFA Converter_22.07.26. Face FO4 to FIFA14 error this.
All file FIFA Online 4 & FIFA22 PC. Face the same all error shoulder pls check it.

Looks like with the latest version it works well, with the previous one the F11/12 (idk) kitnumbers to F14 kitnumbers rx3 conversion resulted in blank shadowed kitnumber.

With this new version of the tool I was hoping to be able to convert F11 faces and hair to F14 but I'm having issues again.

I am try to convert F11 Arshavin hair to F14.
Expected result is this:

I have Arshavin's files exported from F11:

I open the Converter, go to Models -> Convert - > F11 (PC) to F14, click Convert and convert the hair model rx3.
Then I go to Textures -> Combine/Split -> Output F14 -> Combine and choose a folder containing hair_147777_0_0_textures.rx3 and haircolour_147777_0_0_0_0_textures.rx3.
The resulting file is just the default hair_#_0_textures.rx3 file from MyTemplates_textures/FIFA 14.
It does not contain the textures from Arshavin.

Am I doing something wrong?

Previously I was unable to properly convert it due to weird hair color but the combine feature worked:

if you want convert the hair color texture from FIFA 11 to FIFA14 or later,
u need make sure of 2 things that are different:
1. Texture format
* FIFA 11 uses DXT1 (BC1) format
* FIFA 14 or later uses DXT5 (BC3) format
2. Transparancy (alpha)
* FIFA 11 dont uses Transparancy (alpha)
* FIFA 14 or later: u need set the alpha

note about this :
DXT5 (BC3) is a format wich support alpha, DXT1 (BC1) dont support alpha
so u cant do 2. without doing 1.

weird because i converted only one face from fifa 11 to fifa 16 some time ago and i had no problems with this
but i used 21.11.28 version back then.

Finally a good young Arshavin look.

Interestingly, the hair doesn't fit the default F14 head model as I would expect.
Do you think it's possible to fit this hair onto the F14 head model to keep the facial animations and have the hair models interchangeable between years (and no need for bump)?
Automatically adjust the hair scale/position maybe, Tokke?

copy the files directly to your data/sceneassets

after moving the files to my data/sceneassets folder, i notice there are 2 rx3 files per hairstyle, out i only have one after converting hair from fifa 22 (switch). where can i get the missing file?
ex :
- hair_205525_0_0.rx3 103ko
- hair_205525_0_textures.rx3 385ko
(a basic hairstyle)
- hair_231747_0_0_textures.rx3 513ko
(the hairstyle I want to use)

before copy to sceneassets folder make sure it has same format of name, same number of "_0", otherwise you have to rename it

I renamed the file, but I still have the same problem (at least it seems to me):
I only have 2 out of 3 files:
- hailod rx3
- hair texture rx3
- hair rx3 (I don't have it)
but after trying to put basic hair from the game I always have an error message...

convert hair files to fifa 14, will work in fifa 12 anyway
