FIFA Converter (Models & Textures)

Hey tokke, I tested the new version you uploaded and i’m still not able to make the program read a neck fix template from Fifa 08 to 12 (the box can’t be checked, even when I manually add the templates, leading kit clashing when you make this conversion), could you please check this and make possible to put a neck fix template to these games (Fifa 07/08 -> Fifa 12/13/14)?

that s true yes:
the tool says fifa08 to 14 has the same neck, so it wont read the template

i ll see if i can fix it

You know FIFA 17-23 and FC 24-25 are slightly different and it should be taken into account, right?

Secondly, sorry for a noobish question, but has F11 to F14 face/hair conversion been fixed?
I can't specify what was the problem exactly but iirc it was something about hair texture formats (alpha?) and combining two F11 hair textures into a single one for F14 (@Skoczek could clarify here maybe).

Lastly, sorry for possible offtopic again, but have you extracted/releaseed EU24 SLCs as rx3/png by any chance?

Nope, default F14 body, just modified anlkes/socks

I am attaching the glove converted to F14 to this message if anyone wants to test.

yes,
the hair textures should be correct converted with current available tool version:

Use the main CONVERT function:
* Option "coloring" corrects the alpha
* combining 2 FIFA 11 hair rx3 textures to 1 is done automaticly

i ll make a detailed post about this for more info

if u open the glove and arm (hand) model in blender, u ll probably see the same?
both models are from different games i guess, and the positions are different
ex. arm models at F14 are a bit more inside then FC24

so u need the arms (hands) or glove models to be edited to match each other

thanks. btw, with the new version I'm having a little problem:
I'm having this error when trying to convert fifa 08 hair textures (hair and haircolour) files to fifa 12 with the current version of the tool (translation: reference to object not established as an instance of an object):

however, when I try to convert with an older version of the converter (dated in 2023), I don't get any errors , but also I don't get the coloring fix from the most recent version

just asking, does this converter can convert from fbx file to rx3 file. i got fbx file for ballpack that i want it but i want to have it for my fifa 16

so,
i am planning to split into 2 projects:

* FIFALibrary.ddl
i ll create & release a libary dll file,
it will contain the info to :
1. Load a rx3 file : with all data & sections
2. Save a rx3 file : with all data& sections

it will support all fifas:
* FIFA 11 (support for renderware structures)
* FIFA 12 to FIFA 16 + later fifas (switch versions)
--> all rx3 files

the idea is,
that this libary file can be used for multiple projects : example for tools to convert between games (like my model converter), ....

i think for the later fifas this may be less usefull,
a lot of tools (including Dmitri his coming works) already exist
but for fifa 11,
this will enable new things when all sections of the rx3 file are known :
* texture files: make custom texture files (custom sizes, number of textures, ...)
* texture files: fix for the old bugged xbox textures
* models: editing, resizing, ...
...

* FIFA Model Converter
i ll continue my project of course,
main focus on converting headmodels (if i succeed in fixing animations) or else maybe stadiums to FIFA 11
this tool having how to convert rx3 stadium files from fifa years like the heads files would be dope huge dope.

What matters to me is fixing the faces I have now
I used Nene as an example, so I exported his face as png and used alternative naming to help the converter.

Settings are: to FIFA 14, source size, no mipmaps unticked!
And...no file is created...so I exported once again, with default exported file name
Import settings the same and...this time the rx3 file is created and nothing changed.
Maybe I have to re-launch the game...and I guess it's fixed now
Although RX3 Master doesn't report there's a difference in a number of mipmaps
which were the right settings again?

export textures and import into new files (don't import into existing files)
that probably means the cause is in the source file:

because at "CONVERT" it copies the original texture if the size or texture format dont change :
so the bug stays


at "iMPORT" of a png , it recreates (compress to DXT, creating of mips) the texture:
bug gets fixed

where u guys got the texture from?
