Hey i just tried to edit the dlc files (as cmsettings.ini and joboffers.ini etc..) and i modified the bh files using hex editor but the game still doesnt read them. so does anybody know the correct form of upper and lowercase letters of the files?

All files are in small letters, however the folder name should be this:

dlc/dlc_FootballCompEng/dlc/FootballCompEng/data/

So dlc/dlc_FootballCompEng/dlc/FootballCompEng/data/cmsettings.ini and so on.
