I did as you said but the kits still do not show up in the game
making this way without use the creation master only appears the import and export buttons
no appears button to save
I put three files for each part of the three milan kits
I think I did everything right but milan kits do not appears in the game
what I do not think normal is not have a save button
Sebbastos please give me an idea

if you do as I told you it must work.

I did it for the big leagues,

At the root of the files, and frame by frame and for all files 1.away 21.away 41.away 61.away etc ... short sockets etc ...

then save and create mod on the existing mod

Just make your changes! Add another Milan kit or something else, you are on the rightv way I see in your screenshot. After you make your changes, look in the top left corner!! The green "CREATE A MOD" button turns to orange. When he is orange, just click the button and a window pop up where do you can safe your work right into the CM 6 mod. But attention, the save process tooks many minutes where do you could think nothing happens on the screen, but be patient it works in the background. After a couple of minutes the orange button in the left top corner turns to green and than finally your mod with your changes is saved!

I have a problem with the patch, it doesn't work anymore and i tried all the compatibility options and a bcrypt from fifa infinity that was supposed to solve the problem.I don't know what to do anymore, the game will not launch.I heard that shawminator didn't update his cg file explorer to work with the last win10 update .. or im not sure something like that.If someone knows something about this problem, please let me know.

Let me tell you something from my experiences the last 3 days with a no starting modded Fifa 18. First of all, it have in my opinion nothing to do with CG FE 18 or the community mod 6 or any mod! For me it felt like Origin did something shitty the last days with his client, I don´t know if it´s depend on the latest update of Origin client, but: Till yesterday night I couldn´t start my Fifa 18 in modded style. I tried it 3 days, to different times a day, but if I start it with CG FE Mod or frosty mod it didn´t launch!? When I start without a mod it launched normally. It costs my nerves, just last night I tried by the 100 times it starts Cg FE mod with Community mod 6 and also a older patch with frosty tools.
That´s what I can say to this strange Fifa 18 starting Problem. Maybe we are the only 2 who can´t start Fifa 18, but I wonder when it´s happend not to more players. I never had that issue before with Origin client.
So I suggested you start to install the patch again, and try it again to start. Close CG FE directly after loading the patch and try it to start. Anyway, it is right to start origin in offline mode if you playing a modded game, but for me last night it worked again if I am online status in origin, but no problem it´s only for getting the patch started again and it is just an advice to do so. After the game starts in this way, you can go during the game by pressing the windows button on your keyboard go to origin client and disable online status!
I don´t know if this helps you, but just saying try it and report it back.

Alright, i tried what you said.After i installed the mod i reconnected to origin and i tried to launch the game but my problem still persists and i even changed the location of my game on my second try. It's so frustrating because i don't understand why is this happening all of a sudden.I'm even worried because i don't know if i will ever play fifa 18 modded again.

Yeah, I understand you. Because the last days I have problems too. But only suggestion I can gave you, try it again, tonight or tomorrow. I don´t really know why the start problems exist. Do you tried to install a previous version of the patch?? Just for checking out, you know! My experience is not to give up, I am sure your game can start again, but serious I don´t understand it myself what I mentioned about 3 days without starting any kind of mod/Frosty or CG FE)!?

If you wanna play just another CG FE mod, you can launch CG FE 18 and select "IMPORT PATCH"! This way you must not delete the patch, and can choose it again, if you wanna play them again. Because all CG FE imported patches are stored in your Fifa 18 main folder under the folder "mods"!!!
Anyway, you wanna delete it complete, you go to Fifa 18 Folder on your hard drive: Origin/Fifa 18/. You see "data" folder and "data_original" folder. Delete data folder, and after that rename "data_original" folder in "data" only.
The same you must do with the folders "patch" (delete them), and after that rename "patch_original" to patch only. Now you have the original Fifa 18 Folder back.

You can check this, edit this in another section of Cg FE. Top middle choose select section and I think you know there is "DA" tool. Start it with your language selection and go top selection, choose kits. But you know this section I read with your conversation with Sebbastos. ;-)
Don´t use it for importing kits, but you can use it for things like editing backnumbers colors, fonts, etc. in kit section choose your team kit(home, away, GK) etc, click on the button for "textures" on the top and
you can edit and import things like your desired shields/badges. Maybe the color of the short is the same like your shield/badge!? I don´t know.
But be careful, I messed up my game once I edit in this section kitnumbers, colors, fonts, etc because sometimes DA is kind a bit buggy to your whole db.
But other time I have no problems to edit in this section kits and his numbers... Just wanna warn you, so you can´t say why happens this or this, ok. :D
After every edit in this section you must save or nothing edited will show in your game!

Okay, i've pretty much exhausted all possibilities on this, so I need help with this issue.

Here's a brief history of the problem:

BEFORE the LAST big Windows 10 update, I downloaded community mod (not this one, one of the older versions) and installed it and everything was GREAT! FIFA launched fine with the mod and the mod worked fine.

Then the Windows 10 update came around and it stopped worked. The game just won't launch at all! No errors, nothing. I click on my FIFA 18 icon, the 'launcher' comes up, I press 'play game' and nothing happens!

I've done the following:
  • Run FIFA as admin
  • Run FIFA with Windows 8 and 7 compatibility mode
  • Run CG File Explorer with admin mode
  • Run CG File Explorer with Win 8 and 7 compatibility mode
  • Reinstalled FIFA.
  • Reinstalled Origin
  • Reinstalled Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Redistributable 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017.

Not a single one of those did anything. However, what I find interesting is that when I press 'play game', while the game doesn't launch and nothing happens, Origin says: "In Game".

And yes, this problem is with both the older versions of Community Mod and this latest one. I've done BOTH Full Version and Light Version and none of them work.

However, if there is no mod, the game launches just fine.

Any guesses? Any and all help would be SO MUCH APPRECIATED! thank you for taking the time to read my gigantic message.
