I had a buck up of my previous settings from document folder.

I installed v 4.1 again and I replaced the settings by the back up.

I've my transfers and career back just that Man Utd kits will have no collar.

Open CM go to kits Man Utd and set collar to 11. Save then regenerate. Before you start the game, go to game folder open fip tournament manager and install compdata. Don't regenerate afterwards. Game should be fine.
