Strange, I didn't see this. Maybe it's present only on some animations? I can only guess that it's because of eye shape, or eye UV scaling.Only thing to note is that Esotropia with the Eyes.( But it can be ignored )
Or is this defect due to the head bump ?
It's for far distance head. Since the texture map was changed, it will be displayed wrongly on default far distance model. But if you don't see problems, then it can be ignored.And finally, one doubt, Is this headlod thing a must have file?

It's not fully automated. A lot of things to do with mesh parts rearranging. You also need to prepare LOD models.How long does the conversion process take to convert 1 ?
I would say, 30-60 mins of manual work per face.
